By accessing and using the services of Bradley & Gray, Inc. d/b/a KT Bradley CPA (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We provide professional accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and business consulting services. The specific services provided will be outlined in your engagement letter or service agreement.
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation
Review and approve all work product before submission to authorities
Pay fees according to the agreed-upon payment terms
Maintain the confidentiality of your portal access credentials
Service fees will be communicated before work begins and may be based on hourly rates, fixed fees, or monthly retainers. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made. Late payments may be subject to interest charges
Our services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards, including:
American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) Code of Professional Conduct
IRS Circular 230 regulations
State board of accountancy rules and regulations
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Either party may terminate the professional relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of fees for services rendered through the termination date. We will provide your records upon request.
Any disputes arising from our professional relationship will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified to you via email. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
