Terms of Service.

Last updated: August 2026. These are the ground rules for working together.

In plain language: these terms explain how this website works, what we each need to do, and how a signed engagement begins. An engagement letter is the written agreement describing the work we will do, the fees, and what we each need to provide.

Our Services

The engagement letter sets the exact scope, fees, and deliverables for your work.

KT Bradley CPA provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, tax planning, tax debt resolution, business consulting, business funding support and wealth strategy guidance. The specific scope, fees and deliverables for any engagement are set out separately in an engagement letter or agreement signed by you and our firm, which governs where it conflicts with this page.

Client Responsibilities

Good work depends on complete information, timely review, and keeping your account access private.

Accurate tax preparation and financial advice depend on accurate, complete information. You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate financial records and documents when requested.
  • Review documents we prepare on your behalf before signing or authorizing filing.
  • Tell us promptly about any changes to your financial or tax situation that could affect our work.
  • Keep your account credentials for our client portal and upload tools confidential.

Fees and Payment

Your engagement letter, estimate, or invoice explains what is due and when.

Fees for services are set out in your engagement letter, estimate or invoice. Fees are due according to the terms stated at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to pause work on an engagement if payment is significantly past due, after reasonable notice to you.

Confidentiality

We treat the financial and tax information you share with us as confidential, subject to the policy and legal requirements described here.

We treat the financial and tax information you share with us as confidential, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional standards. We will not disclose it to third parties except as described in that policy, as required by law, or with your consent.

No Guarantee of Outcome

We can prepare carefully, but tax outcomes, approvals, and investments depend on facts and decisions outside our control.

We work to prepare accurate returns and sound financial guidance, but tax law changes, IRS positions and individual financial circumstances vary. Nothing on this website or in general communications is a guarantee of a specific refund amount, tax outcome, loan approval or investment result. Specific commitments, if any, are made only in a signed engagement letter.

Limitation of Liability

This section explains the limits that apply to general website information and does not replace your signed engagement letter.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KT Bradley CPA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or general information published on it. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable professional standards or law, and does not override the terms of a signed engagement letter.

Termination

Either party can end an engagement according to the terms in the applicable engagement letter.

Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms of the applicable engagement letter. Ending an engagement does not affect fees already earned for work performed, or either party's confidentiality obligations.
